United Kingdom delivery

Eleanor Cheltenham currently serves customers in the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is complimentary, unless a different delivery charge is clearly displayed before checkout.

Processing & estimated delivery

Orders are normally prepared within approximately 1–2 business days, although preparation times may vary by product and supplier.

Estimated delivery times vary by product. Where available, an estimated arrival date range is displayed on the product page, based on the supplier's UK delivery information at the time it was last checked.

These dates represent estimated arrival windows and may already include preparation and transit time. They should not automatically be added to the standard processing period.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on the selected product or variant, stock availability, delivery address, dispatch arrangements and carrier conditions.

If a product does not display a specific delivery estimate, please contact us for the latest available information before placing your order.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your parcel has been processed.

Orders containing more than one item may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery delays

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows shown, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, customs procedures, peak periods, weather conditions or other circumstances.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide updated information.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Your statutory rights regarding late delivery remain unaffected.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its destination.
