We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings, and natural materials can show normal variations in grain or finish. Product dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Orders and contract formation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied at checkout. This confirms that we have received your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected item.

Please check the order details, delivery address and contact information before completing payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. The total payable amount, including any delivery charge that applies, is shown before you complete checkout. Payment is taken using the payment methods made available at checkout and is processed through Shopify and the relevant payment provider.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer, including minimum spend requirements, eligible products and validity periods. Unless stated otherwise, a discount cannot be exchanged for cash. Where multiple discounts are available, Shopify's applicable discount-combination rules determine which offers can be used together.

Delivery

Current delivery information, including estimated timeframes, is set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Faulty goods

Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their intended purpose as required by applicable consumer law. If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, contact us so that we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
